Antioch Recovery Club's Response to COVID-19

We have received many questions about the club remaining open during this time.

The club will remain available to all groups. Please be advised that these meetings are autonomous. It is up to the individual group if they wish to continue to meet. If your group decides to temporarily suspend your meeting please have the chairperson remain at the club in case a newcomer arrives.

2020 Annual Membership Letter

Dear ARC Family,

Thank you for your continued support of the Antioch Recovery Club! Because of members and guests like you, the ARC continues to be a place for all of those seeking recovery. We are asking you to renew your membership, or become a new member, to help the ARC reach its mission of providing a safe facility for those recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. The ARC is funded 100% by contributions and your membership helps us continue to provide 12-step meetings and social events for our community.

The Antioch Recovery Club has seen so many newcomers walk through its doors to begin their path to recovery. Your membership can guarantee that we are there for the next newcomer as well.

What do I get with a membership?

Included with your ARC membership is a key to the club, access to our 12-step fellowships and social events and one (1) free ticket to the Antioch Recovery Club ́s Choose Recovery Banquet to be held on January 25, 2020. Family memberships receive two (2) free tickets.

How do I become a member?

Enclosed you will find our membership form. Please fill it out and return it, along with your dues, to the drop box in the club. For your convenience, we accept check, cash, and PayPal. We can even accept dues monthly through PayPal.

How else can I help the Antioch Recovery Club?

Special events at our club, outreach into our community, cleaning, office work, and the daily tasks of the ARC are all done by volunteers. We ask that you please consider helping out your club and let us know on your membership form how you would like to be of service.

Your Single Membership entitles you to one (1) free ticket and your Family Membership entitles you to two (2) free tickets to the Antioch Recovery Club’s Choose Recovery Banquet.

Each additional Choose Recovery Banquet ticket is $50.00.

Open vs. Closed Meetings

Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon Family Groups, Narcotics Anonymous, Heroin Anonymous, and Cocaine Anonymous meetings are generally closed meetings unless otherwise stated. Attendance at closed meetings is limited to persons who have a desire to stop drinking, using, fearing for those who drink or use, etc. That’s it….

It is up to individuals to determine if they are “qualified” to attend, based on the following criteria from Tradition 3 of the 12 step groups:
